Bassi started with family.

What began as a dream shared between our parents, Francisco and Maria, became something we built together as a family. Romina and Francesca grew up watching their parents work hard, and create a home where food, coffee, and being together were always at the center.

When the opportunity came to create Bassi, we wanted to build more than a café. We wanted to create a little place that felt like an extension of our homee: somewhere to slow down, meet a friend, enjoy a good cup of coffee, discover a new matcha, share gelato, and make memories along the way.

Today, Bassi is still something we build together as a family. Every detail, from the drinks we serve to the space you walk into, carries a little piece of all of us. And yes, even Gnocchi has a role to play.

We're passionate about serving exceptional specialty coffee, first-harvest matcha, and authentic Italian gelato, but what matters most to us is the feeling you take with you when you leave.

Because Bassi was never meant to be just a place to grab a coffee.
